Problem
An underused rear patio with no shelter, no cooking, no reason to spend time out there.
Solution
We poured a terrazzo bench, installed a Schots concrete fireplace and chimney, and ran services for a full outdoor kitchen — all framed by the existing palms.
Result
The family now eats outside three to four nights a week. Twelve months in, zero defects, zero callbacks.
