We work across Brisbane's Southside, Logan, Redlands, Ipswich and the northern end of the Gold Coast.

It depends on scope. A small bathroom is 3–4 weeks. A full Queenslander raise-and-renovate is typically 6–9 months. We give you a realistic, week-by-week program with every quote.

Yes. We meet on site, ask the right questions, and put a detailed itemised quote in writing within 7 business days.

Yes. We manage all building approvals, certifier engagement, and any town planning required, and we keep you informed at each stage.

Often yes. We seal off work zones, manage dust and access, and keep the site clean every day. We'll be honest at the quote stage if it's going to be unworkable.

You deal directly with Matt Rain (director) and the family team — no site-manager filter. Weekly updates with photos, plus a phone call away whenever you need.

Yes. Carpentry, deck repairs, door hangs, insurance work, handyman items — we don't think any job is too small.

Itemised, line-by-line, with allowances clearly broken out. No vague lump sums and no surprises mid-build.

A formal handover walk-through, a defects period covered by our warranty, and an ongoing relationship — most of our work comes from past clients calling us back.
