Problem
A growing family needed a forever home on a narrow inner-south block — privacy from the street, light at the back, room for everyone.
Solution
We worked with the architect to push the living wing to the rear, opening it onto a north-facing courtyard. The front is dark brick and battened timber — quiet from the street, warm from inside.
Result
Handed over on schedule and on budget. The clients moved in for school holidays and haven't called us for a single defect.
